Pocket terminals with a diegetic audioguide

For exhibition displays, pocket terminals are being prepared — a Game Boy Color with a MOPAA cartridge, the same A-2326 field device that lives on the site. The visitor receives a visor at the entrance — the archive terminal runs inside.

The audioguide is diegetic: the exposition is narrated by a 2326 archive staff member — the museum tells about itself from inside its own fiction. Tracks are tied to storage units and field sectors.

The GBC visor shows storage units and locations in dithering; the interface is the same VGA language: blue screen, DOS font, inventory cards.
